Bro... in all fairness, you started the thread by saying "what do you guys think?"

My critique: I'm a big fan of huge wheels, but the car really should be lowered with a set-up like this.
That wheel is pretty much a "DUB style" wheel, which, while it isn't my preference, is not offensive.
Also, the GS really begs for a wider rear wheel & tire combo. The rear wheels look a little lost; spacers would help.

I think 22s could look proportionate on the 3GS if the car had the right stance (low) and nice rear lips (fat). A modular wheel would really set it off with a chrome outer lip and a machined or constrasting face.

Knicker:
Don't care about what other think about your car, as long as you like it the way it is.
I like the fact that you are modding the car so it looks different from any other GS out there.

Keep the mod going!!!

its funny it really doesnt bother me what every one thinks its just amazing to me that their are not more people that like the 22's on these cars. I think its the nicest thing out. I guess i am not really into the lowered look. I like the big shinny *** wheels.....again just preferance.

Maybe the car looks much better in person than in picture. Whatever rocks your boat is what matters.

Well... it think it'ssssa.... special.
I would never do a mod to our car except for
1- Slightly lazer tinting the windows
2- Changing the wheels when it's time (but to the same brand and specs)
3- Polish the exterior and deep clean the interior (but at a specialist who mostly works of 745s, S500s, LS430s, Lambos, Porshes and other top of the line cars)
4- There are only 2 kind of people that can open the hood, me (just to look at it and make sure it' dust free) and the Lexus technician (IF something needs to be fixed/maintenance)
5- I hate giving the car to a parking valet (I give them that look before I give them the keys, that "If-anything-as-litle-as-a-scratch-happens-to-this-car, you-will-be-my-desert" kinda look, them I give him a pad on the sholder and smile.
6- The only oil or any spare parts that go into the car are from the Lexus maintenance center and from the Lexus maintenance center ONLY!

In conclusion, I love our Lexus LS the way it is: Perfect. By the way, I'm 21!

If it's bling that you want to achieve and an attention getter, then I think you got it. Congrats on your mod and every body should do what makes them happy.

I'm 23 and I'm not into the whole flashy chrome thing. I actually think that my stock 17" wheels look pretty sharp. One of these days I'll actually starting modding and upgrading stuff. For now, I'm perfectly happy with my car.

Love the color but not feelin the wheels. As someone mentioned earlier staggered wheels look great on the GS. Also the grilles look out of place. The top grille looks unfinished near the bottom.
