To each his own. I personally like them. Granted, there is no "lip action" but that doesn't define the rim. I think the rim is smooth and a hot style. I like how the star spokes go out to the edge of the rim.

I think that if the rim was displayed in chrome, a lot of other people would like it. Now that everyone is into chrome, the "bling, bling". I think it's played...for a number of years now. I personally like polished rims with maybe a chrome or highly polished lip. The rims are cool, would like to see them in a polished style.
