Been tough negotiating a used 2006 GS430s since there is not a Blue Book or Edmunds service for the current year 2006 price estimations (edmunds only shows 2005 and before). Hence, i'm doing all I can in negotiations to barter a decent deal with a third party dealer (not Lexus) .. but its tough to bring documented info justifying my offering price. The current one i'm looking at had a original MSRP or 58.5 and an invoice cost of about 50.5 originally. Its pretty loaded. It was originally sold in March 2005 and has 18K miles. Its a Fla car, one owner and Flint Mica and Ash interior. Great shape overall. The way I see it, it is a year old and has about 1/3 of the warranty already driven. They are asking $47K and I think thats just too high for this number of miles in one year. I'm thinking more in the $43-44 range. Possibly we can meet in the middle .. $45.5K. But I can't back it up other than to show original invoice numbers and estimate depreciation and usage off the car. Am I way off on my asking price?

Any suggestions on recommended price and/or suggestions on something documented and concrete to back my offer?

Theres an exact same GS430 flint mica with ash interior on ebay. i think its got 13K miles on it. with like spyder wheels upgrade (which is like a $3000 upgrade) and tail lights that look really good. It is a toyota dealer asking 48K for the car. It is certified to 100K miles. i think its a great deal but i was holding back becasue the interior is not black.
