Any price guesses on the GS350? Sorta debating between the IS and GS (and possibly ES, but probably not) right now. The IS loaded up is ~$44k-ish, I'm wondering if the price difference between the two will be minimal enough to just spring for the bigger, non entry level car.

I've got to say that the GS350 will...
offer very similar components as the IS350 but with the possibility of AWD. A Nav/Lev GS350 should sticker for about $53K. An IS350 RWD for 45K. That's 8K difference for the larger chassis. A few features like mirror fold in come with the GS. The IS350 is sold out now but will face some competition from its larger sibling in the fall.
The GS450h is shaping up as a boutique car. Tree huggers don't buy muscle cars. Enthusiasts haven't embraced the Hybrid concept yet either so that's why it's a niche product. The GS460 will have the testosterone to be a winner and still have a trunk. It opens the door for the SC460 or IS460 etc.
The Formula 1 technology has yet to be realized on the street but the car rags are already touting the Lexus GT450/500.(LFA) With Nascar admitting the Camry to the guild even the good ole boys will have a Toyota to race with.
The Lexus/Toyota juggernaut just keeps forging ahead.....

I dunno I like the bigger car, bigger back seats, full front park sensors, power mirrors, and I do have loads of fun with the 300AWD while still maintaining 22+ mpg
Probably will settle for an IS though. There probably won't be quite as many IS350's as there will be GS350's.

Base prices don't tell you what the sticker will be...
so I just skip a few steps. The GS450h has a base of $54,900 plus destination of $695. All season run flats for $400. Mark Levinson @ $1780. Navigation@ $1900 and rear lip spoiler for $200. Total= $59,875. The exotic options like power active suspension $3,400 and Pre-Collision @$2,850 could take it up to $66,125. You can have a few port installed options worth another $200 too.
The current GS300 AWD with Navigation/Levinson is $52,444. The last GS430 we received was $59,109.
Now the content of a GS350 might have some goodies like IPOD input, Gen 5 Nav, Bluetooth II, and a whopping 61 more Horsepower for Incendiary. The GS460 cannot have less than 380 HP so that should satisfy Incendiary's needs fully. Prices will be steep but so will any German counterpart.

The 2006 RX 330's ( FWD ) MSRP was $37,065 and the 2007 RX 350's ( FWD ) MSRP is $38,095. That's a $1,030 increase due to the engine change. I expect the 2007 GS 350's MSRP to jump by roughly the same amount. That's pocket change. I can't wait for this car. Only six more months.

If everything works out to SLICK'S projections - I also am in it to win it!!!! GS 3fitteee Ten more months on my leased Denali. When the 07 GS comes to us, it will be four, after order time - estimated at about 2.5 -3 months after first allocation. I will be done with my lease.
