Paint codes for new GS

Paint codes for new GS
Guys, I could use some help with something.
I've managed to get a list of colours that the new GS will be available in, here in the UK. I'm trying to match up the UK colour names with those available in the US, as I think we get a fairly feeble selection (we're missing the fantastic Flint Mica, for instance) and some colours are the same, just with different names.
Does anyone know where I can find out the paint codes for the US colours? Here's the list of what you guys get...
Blue Onyx Pearl
Metadar Red Mica
Flint Mica (1E0)
Cypress Pearl
Glacier Frost Mica
Chardonnay Pearl
Crystal White (062)
Mercury Metallic
Quartz Shadow Metallic
Black Onyx (202)
This is what we get in UK land (EDIT: added US names now I've got the codes)...
St Lucia Pearl (062) - US name: Crystal White
Caspian Sky (074) - US name: Glacier Frost Mica
Palladio Silver (1F2) - US name: Mercury Metallic
Astral Black (202) - US name: Black Onyx
Mesa Red (3R1) - US name: Matador Red Mica
Kalahari Sand (4S7) - US name: Chardonnay Pearl
Boreal Green (6T7) - US name: Cypress Pearl
Canterbury Blue (8P8) - US name: Blue Onyx Pearl
Athabasca Shale (9AB) - US name: Quartz Shadow Metallic
Anybody help me fill in the gaps?

Cashmere, Ash, Black

Thanks for the help. I stopped by my dealer's the other day to order the All Weather floor mats and the Part Dept. could see the item on Lexus.COM just like I could but did not have a part number yet.
Lexus Parts is playing catchup here in the middle of the US. Doubt they have touchup paint for all colours (for you Alex K) on the GS.
