70-0 Braking Numbers?
I've seen a lot of numbers on acceleration, that's nice, but how about stopping?
I believe flip described it as "the hand of god coming down.." well something like that, but does anybody have solid numbers to compare with other vehicles?
I need something here to brag about to my manager...all I hear is about that d*** CTS-V of his, blah, blah, blah! Please somebody help...I know he has more horsepower but is he able to stop quicker than me also?

Just read a review that put the 60-0 stopping distance at 120.02 feet. Hope that helps a little. Apparently the brakes were the one thing the reviewers weren't crazy about.

Which GS was being reviewed?
From a driving perspective the GS430's Hughes brakes are a much larger surface area and they really clamp. If you breathe on the brakes you feel like you're dragging a lead sled. The GS300 has more conventional brakes and require a heavier foot. I will try to dig up some factory specs. 70-0 on each tomorrow.

LOL...probably not a good career move But, yes I agree the GS will last much longer , although I wouldn't call it a POS, I think it's a pretty nice car...it's not a Lexus, but none the less it's still a nice car.
