To my kinowledge all GS's come pre-wired for SAT radio and it is an easy install. It was part of my original deal. My opinion is that is when you want to add any accessories, when you are in the best negotiating postion. After-market you will probably be looking at retail of about $1295. My total for tuner and install was $875. Includes 3 free months from XM.

not yet. probably will wait quite a while. new engine design and new car design means mods will be slow in coming out to market.

i am hoping somebody lists how to play the dvd video while driving. i know it's only a matter of time.

That color combination looks real good in real. I have yet to see flint mica with ash interior. Then I will decide for myself which one looks better.

Hey i noticed something. Why are some GS's coming with the gas pedal so long that they touch the floor? While others are the typical length pedals? Does anyone know? carminesc's flint mica interior picture depcits the long gas pedal that goes all the way down to the floor.

XM is totally integrated with the ML system. You change channels, pre-set channels etc just as you would with FM or AM radio. XM will give you 3 months for free. Sound is CD quality.

There is SAT 1, SAT 2 and SAT 3 (just as you would have FM 1 and FM 2) so you can pre-set 18 channels and the others you can scan or tune through as you wish. BTW, you can do this on your steering wheel control button.

Pretty much any type of music, news, traffic reports, talk radio etc is on the XM radio for about 33 cents a day.

Just bought my wife a GS300 in Crystal White at South Bay Lexus in Torrance, CA on Friday, Feb. 18th. Fantastic looking vehicle. Traded in our 2002 ES300 for it. They only had 2 '300's and both were sold within 2 days.

A question. I didn't think to ask about XM, but assuming that it is integrated with the ML/Nav system, did you get any XM literature with yours indicating a 3 month free trial? We didn't. Do we just call XM and ask for the trial? Will have to look to see if the antenna is under the rear package shelf. Been raining here so much that haven't had much time to drive it around.

If you didn't have the trial activated, did you see the SAT1, SAT2, etc. on the screen as channels available but not yet working? Any info about SIRIUS as opposed to XM?

On Saturday night I had a chance to take a look at the new gs300 in person finally. The Interior was very nice (9) but the exterior (5) just didn’t do anything for me. I think Toyota & Honda are a little too conservative. I must say the leather look as smooth as butter.

You kwno the only thign that doesnt really do it for me, is that chrome outlinign around the grill, headlights, and along the side door windows and base of vehicle. What is actually for?

If u just look at the car, you dont notice it, btu if u stare long enough, it jumps out at u. Is there any fnctiont hat serves or is it just there as a new design look?

On mercury mettalic, its almost hidden. You barely can even tell if its there.

Yeah flip, that's an '04 XLE LTD, also have an '04 SCION as well. The SCION is the one we like to drive the most. Crazy, ain't it? Noisy kind of, but really fun to drive. Fit's in almost ANY parking space, great gas mileage and best visibility of any car there is. All Toyo family now.

What is the trick or way to attach several pic's to a posting or reply? I tried earlier, but when I attempted to upload my first pic upload it said that that there was a 1pic maximum. So what do you do to attach several?
