Yes that is headlamp washers. New to the US for sure. Other markets it's not.
Also new is the power folding mirror feature. Definitely helpful instead of running around the car to fold them in manually.

As was already pointed out in another thread normally that box is folded closed so if you ever need any of those features while dirving getting to them and seeing them easily might be a problem - I can see it already: Customer sues Lexus cause he got in an accident trying to adjust his mirrors.

I too wished that they could've done away fron fold-away controls. It's a mere nuisance more than anything else. One other major complaint about those buttons/switches is that THEY AREN'T ILLUMINATED!! This is their latest model where they incorporate more and more buttons and they still don't have them illuminated?? Is it really that hard??
Head-lamp washer and folding mirrors are good. Does anyone know what that MAX button do? Anything to do with the trip computer buttons around it? I hope the trip computer buttons were on the steering wheel too though.

They dont care if we use it. It is just another thing to add to the list of convience options. And when you are reading a list and their are 50 things instead of 30 u think omg im gettin so much more.. A car company rarly takes out an option due to that simple business gimmik
