Too much speculation on what it will look like. Need to see it for real first.

It's true Dave! I didn't think of that last option, true, there are too much speculations, we MUST see it first! Personally, I'll wait after 3 years and get another USED one just like my spectra blue baby.

I'll get one around 6 months after it is released. Hopefully the hype will have died down a touch and one could get it for a couple/few grand under MSRP. Can't wait.

Probably when both of these two things happen:
-I can buy one used for under 35 grand w/ navigation and premium stereo
-I'm convinced that my 99GS4 is on the verge of breaking down and/or I'm convinced that the new GS presents a much higher quality car. I'm just skeptical since the GS430s seem to be a small step down in quality control from the GS400s, I wonder if the new style may be an even bigger step down.
Realistically I'll probably keep this GS400 for a LONG time and the next time I go to buy a car it's either going to be a 99+ Cobra convertible with the Saleen package, a C5 Z06 'vette, or a Toyota Supra TT. And that will be a weekend/project car while I continue to daily drive my GS4.
I bought this car because of its legenday quality and perfection in reliability... and it's for that reason that I wouldn't feel like I'd done the car justice if I didn't drive it at least 150k mile, maybe 250k...

I don't care how good the car looks....if Lexus doesn't step up to the competitive plate with a special edition / factory tuner GS pumping out at least 450HP (with a factory warranty)...I'll stick with my 2nd gen GS as a daily driver and buy a used E55 / M5 next go-around.

I know the interior will be incredible, I know the technology will be incredible, I know the quality will be incredible, I know the performace will still be incredible.
Now, the big factor is can I see myself driving one. SICK don't drive ugly cars.
If it's ugly, the GS will be paid off and I'll probably turbo a Lexus 300 something.

Quick question, do you mean incredible for the value? I love the GS and two think it's an incredible machine but the performance I think could be slightly better. Probaly just for bragging rights, but I would like to see a 350hp+ factor model.
