my 01 GS currently on D2coilovers, about to switch to BCs with custom spring rates.
on temporary 19x9.5 +12 and 19x11 +15 Varrstoen ES1s

1998 GS300. Only had 76,000mi and one previous owner when I bought it 4 years ago. Just over 115,000mi now. Tein coilovers and Advanti Racing wheels, 18x8 in the front and 18x9.5 in the back.

I was never a fan of this color but it has grown on me, still not sure if I should just keep the stock color when I repaint or change it?

I feel you. My preferred color is Silver, so if I was re-painting, that's what I would do. But as it is, now that I've seen some sweet looking rides, I'll keep it.

I have 2 choices if I change it..... Anvil grey or Anthracite metallic. Leaning more towards the anvil. Haven't seen a 2GS in the color.

Used to have a 99 GS300 in this color.
Didn't appreciate what I had until it was totaled last summer by a drunk driver,

Been looking for another in white until yesterday when I came across this thread.
My god, you guys have made this color look amazing and my mod bug mind has begun again!

In closing...don't change the color....make the gold the most rare, sought after color based on what you do with it
