Default GS300 2JZ-GE coolant drain plug on engine block

Greetings,

I am planning on starting the drain/refill process of the coolant on my 02 GS300 and would like to see if anybody have the patience to give me some guidance :-)

The radiator part seems to be straight forward. However, information on the engine block drain is difficult to find... I have located a 14mm nut near the last exhaust port on the right side of the car. As shown in the picture below, is this the right nut to drain the antifreeze? I assume that after loosening the nut, the coolant will come out of the nipple. How much coolant should I expect coming out of this area? What size of tubing should I get? Would 2 gal of the super long life be sufficient for this job overall?

Thanks!

So after some agony, I decided to give it a try; and turned out that is the block coolant bolt! The rest of the instructions from others were very accurate and here are the missing data:

Both the nipple at engine block and the radiator drain tube accepted 3/8" ID tubing and I got about 5 ft from HomeDepot. To start, I have first parked the car on my drive way and the slope helps collecting the old liquid (no jacking necessary). I only had to undo 3 screws to reach the radiator petcock. About 1.2 GAL came out of the engine block nipple and less than 0.5 GAL came out of the radiator, rest was sucked out from the reservoir with a turkey baster. After refilling, idling, driving around and refilling again I used up most of the 2 GAL purchased.

Side note: 1 ft extension with regular 14mm socket for the 3/8 ratchet is too long, I didn't have enough clearance to do work. I ended up using a 6" extension with a deep socket.
