98 GS 300 Oil leak???

Hello i clearing my car and i found this oil leak!
Please help what is this and how to stop my oil leak?
Pipes and connectors ok but i have a burned smell

I have 1 error code: p0141 oxygen sensor heater circuit bank 1 sensor 2
