Dim Instrument Cluster
The instrument cluster on my 2002 GS300 has recently become very dim at night. I would appreciate links and information on what could be wrong and how I can fix this issue.

Gonna be one of 2 things, your dimmer switch, or your cathodes are going bad. I havent seen a switch go bad on here yet, its usually the cold cathodes. Theres no replacing them, you'd need to buy a new cluster, or swap them for LED's. Theres a write up on how to do it (I believe its in the DIY section), its very extensive. The only thing about using LED's though is you get lots of hot spots.

Have you try the dimmer switch under the driver side vent?
Also has it been extremely cold in your area? Colder weather will cause dimness.
Hot spots from Swapping to LED will depend on what types of LED is used.
Here's mine with LED swap in the first page. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...om-taiwan.html
