It disables fuel. It prevents the EFI relay from being triggered and I think it also controls the fuel pump ecu by not turning on the pump.

You can't disable it. you'll need the amplifier and key sense from the donor car.
Or you can get an Aristo ECU with no immobilizer.

The immobilizer prevents both the fuel pump from running and the injectors from firing. But you get spark. So even if you manually power on the fuel pump it still won't fire the injectors.

Since your running a GE a JDM 97-00 S300 JZS160 Engine Ecu without immobilizer would be a drop in pnp option to bypass the immobilizer all together. But since your are GE-NAT you could also run the more common 97-05 V300 JZS161 ecu as well.

Since you have an aftermarket FFIM and Throttle body you will run into limp mode issues with the throttle motor/PPS disconnected though.

Oh, just noticed in another thread you said you ordered an AEM Infinity, so all your problems are solved. No issues with immobilizer or limp mode, it's was really the best way to go with the motor in a non-GS...

Question, what FFIM and Throttle body are you running?
