Default help me decide between 99 gs400 and 2000 gs400.. both modded!! opinions wanted/welco

Hello all. So here's my conundrum lol...I'm about to purchase (another) gs400 and cannot decide between these 2 cars. The first is a 99 gs400 which I've owned before. Owned it about 5 years ago then found it for sale again last year in Ohio and I bought it back then sold it to a friend locally. Mods include full body kit (front bumper is cracked/needs repair, nice exhaust w custom piping and mufflers etc, l tuned steering ecu, 20" staggered rims, jp rep 3 piece spoiler, my friend just added coil overs but they were for an is300 so he's using factory top hats, car has just over 190k. The other is a 2000 gs400 w 217k. Owner replaced timing belt and water pump in April of this year/about 6000 miles ago. Car is lowered on cx racing coilovers, 19" varstoen staggered rims, slotted rotors all the way around, says he replaced lower ball joints, upper control arms and outer tie rods when he first got it few years ago/about 15k miles ago. Also has adjustable rear suspension/camber adjustments. The 2000 car is VERY quiet and hums like a sewing machine when you can hear it. My old 99 has a beautiful exhaust note mellow but at the same time throaty. I really like my old car because of the kit the exhaust the rims and maybe some memories. But I like the 2000 also. Part of me says I should not buy my old car back as I've owned it before , sold it and bought it back and this would be the 3rd time owning it again lol... but the other part of me says there is a reason the car is still around and the opportunity has arisen for me to purchase again. Please help me decide, I appriciate your feedback and opinions. As for price my old 99 gs400 is $800 more in price. Seller w the 2000 gs4 said he'll include 16" Lexus oem platinum rims and tires, extra brake/abs unit/master cylinder unit, extra tailights, grill, plus ls400 big brake calipers and new pads, plus oem shocks/srings. Help lol!!!
pics below. My old 99 is the one with the kit and black Rims w chrome lip. The 2000 gs4 has the flat black rims and no kit.

I would go with the one you've owned before, after all you know how you've treated it! I love my '99 GS400 and it is not for sale. If I had the chance to own it again though I would. Like you said too many memories and the car has never let me down.

Would go with the 2000 simply for the fact that you sold your 1999 twice already; what's to say you won't sell it again soon after you buy it? There must've been something about it that made you want to give it up twice before.

Thanks for the replys.... to answer questions and add some more things about both cars: I sold the car the last time to get another car which i thought (from sellers ad and description and him stating he just did a bunch of mechanical work to the car) was in better condition and more maintainance done so that's why I went with that car. After I received/got the car shipped to me I realized these things weren't true and my Lexus was a much better car.
As for these 2 cars here... my old car (the 99) my friend put is300 coilovers on there and said had to use factory top hats so so car doesn't have the adjustments/dampners and not sure how those coils are going to hold up. The 2000 has cx racing coil overs and j was surprised at how smooth the car drove especially for being quite low and on aggressive 19"rims. My thoughts were if I get the 2000 I could build/modify it to my liking w a Wald replica kit and some new rims, Tanabe exhaust etc. But I still have love for my old 99. I am truly torn
