Default Help! Another Oil Leak Post!

I've been searching but haven't found any solutions to my oil leak. I just had timing belt, water pump, cam seal, crankshaft seal, and the valve cover gasket replaced less than a week ago. I thought that the oil leaking on the passenger side above the exhaust manifold was from the valve cover. I cleaned the engine and I still see oil collecting on top of the headers on the head of the engine. Anyone know what would cause this? Almost looks like its seeping thru the head itself but its weird because the car runs find, doesnt smoke or anything like that. I'll post pics of it cleaned and how you can see under the valve cover is clean and dry. The first pics show with the oil build up and the last pics are how it looks when I clean the oil out.

Clean it up and let it run. Watch where it comes from. Did you torque the valve cover bolts?

It actually looks like it's seeping up through the head honestly, is this even possible? It was done by a shop so I'm sure it was torqued down.

I would double check the torque. Just because a "shop" did the work doesn't mean s***. A friend of mine just totaled his car last week because the shop he went to only hand tightened his lug nuts.

Its definitely a pita. Im going to take it back to the shop and let the mechanic check it out, no one seems to know a solution on here. Im near Richmond, my brother is in Norfolk at ODU though.

Oil collecting like that near the alternator was cam seals on my car.
Good Luck!

Hey I know this is a old post but my car has that same problem on my gs300. Oil leak out the exhaust manifold. It bubbles in front and behind the gasket then on to the head.

New valve cover gasket is dry around the valve cover edges.
