Default P1126 Magnetic clutch circuit. No iac resistance.

I currently have a no start issue which symptoms prior seemed to act like it was running out of fuel. Fuel pump and injectors are good. I have good spark because she runs on carb cleaner.

Battery died so I lost a good 10 codes. However the code I get when not running is p1126 for magnetic clutch circuit. So I tested my resistance on my Idle air control motor and it reads 0. So that tells me right away that throttle control motor is bad.

Where I am stuck is, if the motor was bad, shouldn't I not be able to accelerate car with carb cleaner? Or can I still point fingers at my iac for my issue?

Bump. Still having issue. My ohm reader wasn't working right so I tested my iac again and the resistance is all in spec. I have error code P1126 and P1128. Car was acting like it was starving for fuel and would bog down. Car does not run at all now.

I was spraying directly behind air filter under the cover. I have an extra maf in case I killed the one spraying carb cleaner in. I don't think that was the original problem considering the one in it was only a few months old.

UPDATE

I attempted another troubleshooting step and I feel like it's throwing p1128 out the window.
I noticed the IAC making a buzzing sound when turning ignition to On. From what I read that is very normal. When in the On position I pull the throttle cable and the motor immediately spins but then stops. After it stops and I pull the cable again the motor does nothing. Could this possibly be a bad tps? I've also heard fuse or relay but I wouldn't think the motor would work at all if that was the case?

Another member helping me through private message recommending I test continuity from everything to ecu and all checked out fine there however there was one wire I could not locate to the ecu which was a tanish green wire with brown stripe for iac.

Any updates?
I'm having a similar issue with a p1126. Sometimes it starts after multiple key twists.

At first I thought it was the starter relay since I get the 1 click response when it won't start but now I'm narrowing it down to this issue .

How did you fix this problem?
