GS300 05 With GS 2013+ Carbon Steering Wheel
Does anyone know if it has been done or if it is possible. How complicated.? I have a 2005 gs300 and I am wanting to put the 2013 and up gs-f steering wheel with the carbon fiber inserts. Please let me know of any info you can give or comments.

People have successfully used IS paddle shifts to work with your Sport Shift with not too much work, and I believe the splines are still the same so the wheel should in theory bolt right on. Wiring any other buttons, or the airbag, is unlikely to be a simple task though.
