Default Retrofit lens separation question

Anyone in here ever separated the factory fogs, I've seen people baking headlights etc etc but I didn't know if factory fogs had an easier way to take a part

The fog lights are more difficult to seperate. I've done it before using the baking method but they use a different adhesive that took more time than the butyl in the headlights. Also, the glass lenses can easily crack or chip so pry carefully. I ruined one lens the second time I opened them.
