Default Budgie in dashboard?

Hi all,
My 2GS 156k RHD Has a sound of a budgie coming from the rear of the satnav this is the only way to describe the noise. Recording attached. This is only when the ignition is switched on and louder when the engine is running. From experience it sounds like a nylon wheel or shaft in a dry bearing. It is not the CD changer or heater fans. Anybody got any ideas as to what could be causing this?
The only equipment I believe to be behind the satnav is the heater controls. Are these motors or accuators? Last weekend I took the satnav out and couldn't see anything behind it to get at

however unplugging and replugging the satnav I noticed one of the plugs, in the attached photo, is the power source when disconnected the noise stopped.
Suggestions please guys
Sorry recording file extention is not supported by this page.

if your talking about a chirping sound in the dash that’s a common problem it’s the servo motors for the HVAC

Thank you, do I have to take all the dash out to get to the motors?

There are plenty of threads on here documenting it. Just search 2GS servo motors and you’ll find it. I never did it before otherwise I would help

You DON'T have to take the dash out to replace the servo motors. You can get to them from under the dash.
