Default where does your GS300 IDLE?

Hey guys i feel like after i got my new timing belt installed my idle has been a little low.. when i come to a fast stop it gets to around 400 but doesn't feel like its going to stall.. I will attach 2 photos to show my idle while in park and one while in drive.

My idle while the car is in park looks like 600-700 (1st picture) EDIT*** 06-22-2016 actually 700-750 (AC IS OFF)
and right under the 500 notch while in drive (2nd picture) EDIT*** 06-22-2016 actually 500-550 (AC IS OFF)

working as intended or should I get it checked out?

EDIT*** 06-22-2016

I got my idle checked out by a local reputable shop recommended here on Club Lexus. It turns out both the park idle and in drive idle is within spec.

What I thought was 400RPM was actually 500-550RPM..

Could be a very small vacuum leak, or clogged injectors, or other minor issues.

I know this post old, and you probably don't even have that car, but you're reading the rpm gauge incorrectly. It goes in increments of 200 in relations,to the dash marks. Your idle is actually at about 700rpm which is very good, within the factory standard of 600rpm-800rpm range.
