e shifters/paddle shifters?
I didn't know this was a thing on GS models (pardon my noobness) but this is a awesome feature I think I would like, from what I've found is its only on the gs430 models? has anyone retrofitted it into a GS300 or swapped the 2jz into the gs430 and still retained the function of the e shifters? I tried searching but I couldn't find anything so I figured I would ask.

thanks! i stumbled on a thread where some people put IS 350 paddles into the gs steering wheel all they had to do was make brackets for the paddles. and swapped in a cable reel for a car that had it.. seems easy enough.
my curiosity is will it work on every auto tranny forr the GS like a aristo or usdm gs or even a supra tranny.

E-shift was on 98-00 GS400 and 01-05 300's. Sounds like you already found the thread showing how to do the paddle install. I did the paddles in my 400 and it was plug and play but it seemed that changing the clock spring wasn't difficult. From what I read it can be done on any GS, i would assume as long as you're using the oem GS computer it should work but I don't know that for a fact.
