ticking and whistling on acceleration

This is a 98 GS400, no codes, no performance issues. I'm guessing this is fuel injectors making this noise, based on searches I've done. Would anyone like to offer a guess? Starts as a rapid tick tick tick from 1000-1200 rpm and then builds to a whistle at about 1800rpm, only under load though. I can't reproduce the noise in neutral. Thanks! In the video, my window on passenger side is down. Noise seems louder on passenger side and does appear to be from the front. Thanks!

Definitely an odd sound have you cleaned your throttle body lately?

Thanks for the response! Yes, actually I cleaned my TB a month ago when I did the starter job. But, here's an update--the sound pretty much went away, or at least got a lot fainter. I did put a bottle of Berryman B12 in the gas three tankfuls ago, so maybe it just cleaned the fuel injectors to the point that made them noisy for a while?
