bullet cars in australia sells a 2uz vvti supercharger manifold that will fit on our cars. it would bolt right on and you can buy one of their top plates that go with a m112 supercharger like the one i use. only problem is, it sits at 5 1/2 inches tall not including the supercharger. so if your willing to cut a hole in your hood and fit a bad *** hood scoop than you can get the manifold from them for 1200 than go buy the supercharger and side intake pipe. but if your trying to keep stock hood than that 2uz manifold goes out the window.
I all ready asked. none of the kits they have available will fit the VVTi version of the 1UZ (or at least that's what they told me.) different inlet manifold and I have yet to ask if the kit will clear the hood. kit is still in development. the charger they have in the pic looks pretty tucked in there though.

Actually. I know for a fact that they sell a 2uz supercharger manifold for the vvti engines. And I also know for a fact that a 2uz manifold fits on our 1uz and 3uz engines. I know this because I've done it. I have a thread where I installed a 2006 2uz black plastic intake manifold on my 3uz engine. that being said, all you have to do is buy the 2uz supercharger vvti manifold they sell and slap a m112 on top of it. than just do something with the hood. Like maybe a hump like the BMW M3's have. It would be the easiest.

Well bad business on their part for telling me otherwise..
perhaps thats why they didn't mention it. because it doesn't clear the hood, who knows..
I will ask about it.
Do you still have the SC in your car? can you link your install thread here? would like to see your set up.
