806HP GS300 5 Speed Sport Design Peanut Butter Jelly

Hey CL 2GS fans check out this project we just completed. It is our newest shop car (DRAGint.com) for the bosses wife. This replaces her 240SX with RB26 making 680HP that we recently sold after using for 5 years. We tried to come up with the holy grail of GS300's so paint, power and cool parts would all be mandatory. We specialize in Supra's so we put that knowledge to good use. We aimed for 800HP and acheived our goal. We did not want to go past 800 wheel HP as this is the power limit for the new r154 transmission. Its going to be a blast on the street!

What happens at the end of those runs? Lots of smoke and a squeal. Is that a fuel shutoff system or something?

Yes the car was hitting the boost limiter - ignition cut, causing a big back fire and excess un-burnt fuel (black smoke). All normal and actually good signs of the fail safe systems working.
