Was doing some donuts locked in 2nd gear with some friends and things were fine. I then drove the car home 200 miles no issues. The next day i went to move my car out from it's parking space and all of the sudden it would rev but not move anywhere. That's when i got out of the car and noticed a large amount of bright red tranny fluid pouring out from underneath the car. Maybe a line blew or a seal? I turned it off long before it even got a chance to warm up slightly so i don't think i did any damage to the tranny beyond the leak but i was just wondering what some of your guys ideas would be where to look? I'm going to attempt to fix it myself in my garage on jackstands. Car has 260k on the clock but was till running like a top until this happened.

Check the lines to the cooler (in the radiator).

It looked like from what I could see looking underneath that the fluid was dripping off from where the engine and tranny meet.

Could be the rear main seal blew out. But clean it all off and see where exacty the leak is coming from.

The rear seal would be the rear of the transmission. Not where the transmission connects to the engine.

I think he learn this time and if not, he need to pay again for what his friend want to see and not help him to fix the car. It is my humble opinion.

The rear main seal is where the transmission connects to the engine.

This happened to be once in my Supra. A seal in the front of the transmission blew and fluid came out whenever it was on.

I never did fix it, I just dropped in another used one. It was much cheaper to do that.

Sounds like the front seal to me too. I had a link but I can't seem to get it to work, anyways there was a guy on here who welded his diff and blew his front seal

...and I do all my own work so I'm thinking on my two week break after this semester finals if it's not a line or hose I'll pull the tranny and replace the seals and see how it goes.
