Obd2 not reading my car!

I jus bought a car. Checked the car fax and see a rollback now the obd2 cant read my car! What do i do. Not to mention the car is clean as hell and drives smooth

I dont know. I went to autozone and they said it cant read my car. I just called they said there isnt a model number because its a obd2 that autosone provides.
