I'd fix it, also.
I was T-boned in the driver side doors. Looked pretty bad but since the frame wasn't bent, I just picked up two doors from Craigslist and tossed them on. Heck, I even painted them myself (and the quarter panel) with a few cans of base coat and two stage clear.

+2 on this... since we have single stage paint, and it's just black, you don't have to worry (too much) about blending... especially if you are going to be painting the whole side anyway...
fender, doors and rear quarter up the bumper and hood... you could get away with painting it yourself with a pint of paint...
Many GS400's out there for around $5k...that's the most I would spend.
Keep in mind it's not just the things you see after an accident, but also how it will drive (alignment, etc.). Lot's to think about. Either way, you can't go wrong with these cars. Keep us posted on what you decide to do
IF you are handy, look for someone local parting a car the same color as yours (or salvage yard selling same color car) and just replace the front quarter / doors, then you can deal with rear quarter. Easy way to avoid the painting hassle.
Make sure there was no impact to the wheels, if so you might have some suspension damage (minimally alignment) to deal with including wheel bearings.
If you aren't handy, I'd sell and start over. Labor costs will be more than you'd want to spend.

I really want to do what your saying. I love this car and don't want to have to get rid of it or sell it as junk.
I suppose i will also need an alignment and maybe some suspension issues (just assuming sideswiping a wall around 60-70mph may cause some suspension problems, haha)
