Default Code B1266, causing other problems?

One day a bunch of the electronics inside stopped working so I had my friend read the disgnostic codes. Came up with a long list

After looking into it some more I assume from the code B1266 that I have a short and that it is causing all of them to stop communicating. Can someone clarify that is what it is saying? The way they word it is hard for me to understand
