Help, No engine management light/won't start??
Hi All,
I've own my 1999 GS300 sport for nearly 9 yrs and never had a major problem with it until now, yesterday I noticed I had a power steering leak on rubber pipe that comes to the front of the air con condenser rad replaced it no problem bled the system with the car jacked up on passenger side all ok then out of the blue the car cut out and would not start again? I have no engine management light on and the immobiliser light stays flashing with key in? I called the RAC the engineer connected his code reader to the car and it wouldn't connect to it all, fuses checked all ok, tried disconnecting the battery and putting key in on position to reset key/ecu with no luck? RAC man thinks the immobiliser is locked on? Any any ideas?

Well never trust an RAC engineer when he says the fuses are all ok? It turned out to be one of the ecu fuses 25amp blown under the bonnet....
