Hi,
I have a slow leak in the driver's side valve cover gasket, would like to replace it myself. I've never done a valve cover gasket job, but from looking at YouTube videos of the job on other cars, it looks fairly straightforward. I haven't been able to find a DIY or video for doing this on a GS400 though. Is there anything that I should know that makes this job on this car special? Any tips? Also, any recommendations on brand of gasket to use?

be careful not to pinch the VCG when you reinstall, use a dab of valve cover gasket maker to keep the gasket in

Thanks, I appreciate it. And I assure you, I did search for this. I just searched again, and can't see the post that you gave me the link for in the first five pages of results (didn't have time to look further at the moment). Maybe I'm just not using search correctly. But thanks again.
