Default Help identify these side skirts

Hi, a co worker just picked up an 01 gs430 with 88k and came with these side skirts. If you can identify them it would be great. Thank you for your time.

Not sure, not a big fan of items that can hold water and salt to the body under them. Up here in the Salt Belt, not good....

The aunthetic skirts where available in the RMM kit or the EXPLOSION kit. The sides and rear where the same on both kits, the front bumper was just different. I have extreme dimensions replicas which were terrible.

Rather than start another thread with the same exact question about another pair, thought I'd chime in here. Hope op doesn't mind since he already got an answer about the skirts he was asking about. That and Fish is cool people! Does anyone have an idea what these skirts are? All the info I have on them is there from Japan and they're fiberglass. Thanks in Advance!
