It's about to turn another year older which won't help the resale value. Plus at that price you could get an LS430 (if that's your thing) which has more creature comforts.
So it kinda depends on how quickly you want to sell it.
$10K = a looong wait.
$6-7K = should take much less time.

Maybe this will put things into prospective. I sold my mint 2005 GS430 (same color combo) with 88K miles on it for $11,500 in May 2015. It was 100% stock except for polyurethane Sway bushing. I held out for several months till I got a buyer that knew how rare the GS430 was and paid what I asked. I was getting offers between $9K and $10K all day.
I say you could aim between $8K & $9K with those mods. If you plan on getting another 2GS , maybe a V8, then strip the GS300 down to stock and try to get $7500.
You've done so much already. Why not do the Aristo turbo engine swap and keep it? Then later sell it and wait for the buyer who will pay top $ because of the engine swap

Maintenance on the 2005 GS430
Installed a new Alternator and Battery, yes it did leave me stranded on the road! 
Also, new NGK Laser Iridium IFR6T-11 spark plugs.

The Aristo swap has crossed my mind but I would rather not mod this one any further.
The only reason I am considering selling it is that the color combo was not my ideal combo. It has been a great car to me for the past few years, but I should have been more patient and waited for the color combo I was truly after (white with black interior). Unfortunately, I am not interested in painting it or doing an interior swap.
So far this thread has been helpful in giving me an idea of what people with unbiased opinions have about the car. I don't need to sell it, but it would sure make buying a more expensive car easier.

Interesting perspective... I tend to think the non-black interiors are far more desirable.
I passed on some cars in the past because I just didn't want the black interior

Your not the only one, i feel as if tan/saddle is the true color for a luxury car. IMO black interior are just plain and looks horrible when detailed.
