Default So....just took my dash out for the first time....

And it was one of the most frustrating things I have done on any car in my life!

That is all.

I am in the process of changing my tan interior to black. I wrapped the pillars and headliner in suede and I am dying the dash, door panels, and other panels. First car I have ever owned where the dash harness is connected directly to the backside of the dash itself.

Well, I fotgot to say Welcome to the forum and club. Also, I recommend as you're doing that. What would you change the expansion valve on your A / C system. In that way you'll secure for many years without having to take the dash out again to do that in the near future. It is my humble opinion.

Dash was still out because the dye wasn't dry yet. Both airbags were removed when the dash came out so no airbags.

I already have a black on black 2000 GS400 platinum series that I'm eyeing. Problem is, I don't think the insurance will pay me soon enough, also the car is only valued at $4500 so that isn't really enough to replace the condition of car that I had.
