My car is 13 years old and my dealership loves taking my money. It's possible that they saw your car, figured it would be too much of a basket case to fix and turned you away. I'm not insulting you, but I know my dealer has turned cars away that have been hacked together by some small shop and in a last ditch effort were brought to the dealer to fix, or at the very least warned the customer before they attempted to make a repair they may uncover more work.

It would be a sin to do a hack job repair on a Lexus.
02SDGS, I would love to see a picture of your engine bay...

i want to thank everyone for their suggestions and input. im going to try and change out the spark plugs and the vvt sensors. i doubt the previous owner kept up on the maintenance like they should've. this is a great and informative forum and i'm happy i became a member. Much props to everyone who chimed in on this issue. hopefully my problem will be solved. the car drives so flawless and smooth when it was running. it felt like i was driving a 2015 lol.

I changed both the vvt sensors and the car still won't start. Here's a video of my car that I recorded. At the beginning of the video my car was making a lot of weird clicking like noises coming from the dash.can anyone explanation what are those sounds also???

With all the cranking the cylinders could be washed down. Remove plugs put a couple of ounces of oil in each cylinder. Turn the engine over with the plugs out to distribute the oil to the rings, put a towel or similar over each bank to catch any oil spray from the cylinders. Install the plugs and try it.

Your solution could possibly be in this thread (maybe you have seen this thread but did not see any mention of it)
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/per...-filter-3.html
And check the simple things, check if any fuses are blown, ensure the battery terminals are secure
Another possibility your Crankshaft Position sensor (located near the oil filter) is on the way out

I cannot believe that your just throwing parts at your car. Please just find a reputable mechanic that specializes in Toyota lexus and pay them one hour diag. to tell you whats wrong with it. It could be very simple. also, just for the hell of it, unplug your mass air flow sensor than try to start it. see if it starts. if not, time for a professional.

The time for a professional was about 900 bucks ago. Just my .02.
Your not going to get to any solution until you first identify the problem. I read almost 2 full pages of comments and still don't see the problem correctly identified.
Your car won't start, got that part. Sounds normal when it cranks over so compression and timing is likely in order. Why did you change the fuel pump? Did you check for fuel pressure and see a lack there of? Simply sticking a screw driver to the schrader valve would have saved you the money that pump cost. Now your talking about replacing spark plugs? What, did they all go bad at once? Before you replace ANYTHING else, first, IDENTIFY the problem. Do you have spark at your plugs? Do you have fuel pressure? One of these two things is likely missing. The first steps to fixing your car is not 'pick a part and throw it in, its CHECK. CHECK for spark, CHECK for fuel, CHECK engine lighs should be scanned. That's where you start. Get back to us when you have answers to these questions. Then we can help you solve the problem.
One last thing, there's a reason why good technicians are expensive.

Just a thought here... it cranks and fires but doesnt stay running.
I doubt it is the immobolizer.
It sounds like you may not have power once the ignition rotates back to "on"
It could be as simple as the ignition switch. I notice quite a few keys on the key ring, never a good thing.
