Aftermarket seatbelt replacement?

Anyone know where I can get an aftermarket or factory seatbelt assembly for a 1998 gs300 in black?

Just be careful if you get them from him, neither of my front belts work. The driver belt is locked up from an accident, so it won't go in or out and sets off the airbag light. The passenger belt works but must be from a different year because the buckle doesn't click into the receiver. He was notified about the seatbelt issues and offered no sort of solution and now I have to buy another pair of belts.

Japan parts service on ebay is where I got my black set pretty cheap and all belt work perfect. They also have a website. My belts came from and rhd aristo everything bolted up fine
