Default A/C Sound, Code 41 & 43

Hi guys,

I began to hear a small sound behind the radio when I turned on the A / C, the car or engine can be turned off, but the key is set to ACC or ON position and the sound is there is steady. But, if I take out the key from the switch the sound disappears. I insert the key back into the switch and activate the A / C and sound returns. It is a sound like this, pla, pla, pla, pla, all the time. I did the code test on the A/C screen panel and show code 41 and 43. Someone experienced it this problem before? How you fixed and how much cost to fix it? Any help is more than appreciated

Take it to an a/c specialist. They will be able to recover your system, tell you how much was in it, recharge it with dye, and find a leak. Sounds like your expansion valve may be getting noisy due to a low charge.

Code 41 - Air Mix Damper Position Sensor Circuit (Passenger side)
Issue: Air Mix Damper Position Sensor value does not change even if A/C control assembly operates air outlet damper control servomotor.
Possible causes: Air mix damper sensor, Ac Controller, wiring from sensor to controller

Code 43 - Air Outlet Damper Position Sensor Circuit
Issue: Air outlet damper position sensor value does not change even if A/C control assembly operates air outlet damper control servomotor.
Possible causes: Air mix damper sensor, AC Controller, wiring from air outlet damper control servo-motor assembly and AC controller

Problem solved.
The A/C filter was broken and I do not know how that happened because it was only six months old. They spent leaves from a tree where I parked the car on work and that was the noise in the blades on the fan of the A/C system. Also, the screen show now 00. Everything is normal as it should be. Thank you for your comments and support guys.

I forget to mention, that the A/C filter was OEM and I go to the Dealer because the filter was only 6 month old and the guy on part dept. change it immediately. Also, he told me that a full lot of that filter came difective from factory and that's why changed immediately. Plus the full year warranty in all OEM parts. So, if you have the OEM cabinete A/C filter and no past a year yet, go and change it. Maybe you get the same issue that I have with my a/c filter later on.
