4.Side mirrors can not adjust with side mirror adjustment button (neither side)
5.Engine Coolant Temperature Gauge does not function.
6. Transmission Indicator Lamp in dash the led (P R N D S L 3) doesn't function.
7.ALL 4 doors wont automatically lock/unlock and when i press on the remote it beeps on unlock only

9.Memory seat, column ect do not work. memory buttons do not beep when trying to set position
10. Cruise control works but light does not show on dash when activated

some issues are solved when i plug battery out and plug it back in (2,5,6,8,10) but not all are solved and they come back after turning car off then on after some time

Yea sounds like an ECU, its plug and play but your key wont start your car haha, but thats simple to do as well from what I was told, you will reprogram your keys to the new ECU (a procedure of turning your key in the ignition a bunch of times or some witch craft like that haha) what year is yours? Gs300? 400? If its a 300 i got one for you with 90k miles on it, hell i even have the keys..

None of the failures you described are controlled by the ECM so it is unlikely that replacing it would do any good. The functions you described are either that of the BCM, Cluster, or some other dash integration module. Sounds like your losing retained accessory power to one of those things or the module is in fact bad.

I'll go out to mine after I finish my coffee, hook up my scanner and see exactly which module those functions are contained in and get back to you.

In the mean time, check all your fuses. Soooooo many problems that seem crazy weird hard to figure out are caused by a blown fuse. Check them. When your done, check them again. Make sure you check every fuse box. Make sure you remove each fuse and test it using a continuity tester.

I looked at my scanner and the data PID's are pretty limited for all those modules. I know that the ECM does NOT control memory seat function, or most of the other functions you mentioned. Maybe the coolant temp but it only reads it, the DIM displays it.

I'll have to wait till tomorrow at work where I can access service info to know more. I'll get back to you then.
