Default How to remove front fender??

I have gotten every other bolt/screw/clip removed except one small panel at the bottom and I can not figure how to get to the bolt behind it .. Here are a couple pictures - one of the panel and one of a fender I am going to use to replace it.

Panel I am trying to remove

Fender I am using as replacement

I know there is at least one bolt - looks like possibly 2(?) that are behind the panel that I will need to take off to get this old fender off.

EDIT: was able to use get what i believe it the bottom bolt off by going thru underneath between the side skirt and wheel well skirt, but the fender is still not coming off.

It seems to really be on there. I didn't want to damage the panel, so is there some trick to it, or do I just yank it off?

if you are sure that all the bolts are off, then it should pop off... it is held on with those square clips.... just pry slowly... and get a flashlight behind there to make sure you didn't miss any screws...

The only two bolts that seem have been connected to that lower panel are the two inside the wheel well, which I already took off (plus one I got at from underneath by prying the side skirt and wheel well liner aside). I don't believe there are any others, unless they are hidden. I'll check again now and if not, I will try to pull that sucker off.

Thank you mlracing & kamlung. The lower panel did pop off. It was held in by two clips up top and three down low. After giving it a hard yank up top I was able to pop the lower ones off (I used a flat-head screw driver to assist, to be sure I didn't break any clips.)

Oh Yikes! That would suck. How did you end up getting it off?

Now I just need to find the right plastic clips that were under the side skirt. I think i broke at least 4 or 5 of them.

Is the lower fender supposed to look like this?

That gap looks strange on the left.

Also, why was there enough dirt in there to plant a tomato? (I had already removed most of it)
