Default Cluster swapp for e-shift

I am installing e-shift on my 99 GS300 aristo swap and I have swapped out the steering wheel and installed the cluster with manual mode and connected the wires to the ECU but now my RPS are like 1000 to 1200 RPMs off. At idle it is fine but when you are driving RPMs are higher than usual and at 4000 at 60mph. Has anybody seen this issue?

Did the cluster come out of a GS300?

I'd love to hear more on this as I am trying to figure out the E-shift on my aristo swap as well.

I read elsewhere someone posted that you will need the aristo dash harness as well - If that is the case, I may swap the entire car harness because I still have the complete RHD aristo donor car.

WORD. more light on this would be greatly appreciated. I'd like the eshift feature on my swap as well and I haven't found any info regarding this from searching.

It looks like some have done it, if you use the diagrams that are posted on the web, it's pretty straightforward.
