Default front map light broke

Title says it all, got my central dome light installed fine, but broke the individual map lights . how the heck are you supposed to get them out? ive searched for the past hour and came up short with threads about other models. and i replaced my license place lights also, but now theyre not working, i put the old bulbs in to see if they would work, but got nothing. so im guessing the fuse is blown. could really use any advice right now. Thanks in advance
