Default Electric Help Needed

Long story short I made a boo-boo with my retro-fit and put the turn signal tube in incorrectly so I can't put a turn signal light in. I don't want to try and re-open them because I sealed them really good and don't want the hassle and possible headache of re-opening them.

The only electrical info I know about the bulb is that it uses 1.85a @ 13.5v.

What size resistor would I need to fool the system and stop my rear signal and dash light from blinking so fast.
