2JZ VVTI engine on 2004 Lexus GS300
Hey guys,
First of all, sorry if I am putting this thread in a wrong place. I am new to your forum.
In fact, I have a 2004 lexus GS300 and I am planning to change its engine to the 2JZ VVTI, which is the Supra engine.
Now what I know is that the engine will fit in the lexus 100%.
However, I do not know if every thing will still be working fine such as the RPM and the Tiptronic buttons in the Steering.
I want your advise and I want to know if every thing will be working normally.
I would like to also know in details what issues I will face?
Regards,

Lexus e-shift is a FAR cry from Tiptronic. Don't kid yourself thinking it is the same thing. The buttons are more gimmick than anything.
The GS300 and non Turbo Supra have same engine.
