Default Gs300 power bogging out

Hello everyone Happy Father's day to all fathers ,first time poster well here's my problem 99 gs 300 been good to me for last 5 years recently I came back from a 1 hour trip and got caught in a heavy rain storm here in Florida and this is where I believe my problems began car started to hesitate during the rainstorm, but she got me home and remained parked for about a week ,when I started her back up she turned on like she always does first try and idles just perfect but now when I take off she drives with lag no power kinda sounds like she's bogging out if I give her gas gently she will climb up on speed slowly as like if she's where clogged up but in Parking gear its a different story she acelerate's flawlessly I am not sure what this could be and would appreciate any help.
( No check engine light )

This is what I have done swapped out the MAF sensor all 3 coil packs all new wires and all new sparkplug NGK ,seafoamed the tank and to no success, also I have no check engine lights ,and I have tried to see if check engine lights are working by purposely disconnecting several items and she comes on as should .

The only thing I haven't done yet is changed out transmission filter yet and it is on the dark red side the fluid not red. I'm leaning towards this fluid change or bad cats she has lots of miles 180 + but I've been on top of her till now please help don't have any dealer money . Thank in advance

Maybe you have a plug connector with wather inside, you check all your fuses? I know you say not engine light on but I try to help you. Also, check your air hoses in your intake manifold area.

I'm not sure what plug connecter you mean ,if yowu mean spark plug connector they are brand new ,and the boots ,I just finished replacing transmission fluid and filter and some fresh Toyota
T IV oil and shifting way better ,but it is still bogging but it will drive but with a whoooooo sound LOL , I checked fuses both in engine compartment and inside driver side I've been thru almost everything except exhaust system I don't have money for new exhaust cats so I might be gutting them out as a temporary fix . Thanks

It could be shift solenoid too you have to do a couple test to narrow things down to the right place

One of the tranny wires plugs that maybe you loose just a little by mistake and have wather on it. Also, the wire plug for the O2 sensor that is the last one on you exhaust. Check these.
