it turns out these o rings can only be found through the dealer,
i was told almost all lexus dealers stock these o rings because they ar common to leak.
as he diagram above showed there are 3 o rings.

Applied a small amout of oil on the o rings





All back together





Used a steel wool to clean it up





Removed the pipe, to replace the inner o ring<br/>

remember this is known to leak at some point on all gs 2nd gens
its a very very small leak check your car once in a while for any coolant residue around the area,
you might not even see any coolant drip on the ground since its small it might evaporate as it makes its way down.
(this was my case)
