Good Throttle Controller for 01 GS430?
I know this has been asked a million times but I had the Blitz auto lights (cheaper version of the original blitz) and it never worked when I installed it the light just kept on blinking so I had to send it back. If anyone had any experience with a good TC that actually works well because I am getting sick of the laggy 3 position throttle. Its like the car stock has 3 modes, press the gas light, medium, or to the floor, anything in between those really does nothing, there is no gradual progession of speed for each centimeter you press the gas like a normal car. All suggestions appreciated!

The Sprint's been around for a while longer and is available for a larger range of vehicles, but I doubt there's a significant difference between the two since they do the exact same thing.

This is what Sprint Booster claims on amazon:
At low revs, the engine responds at approximately half the time in comparison to before.
The delay time whilst accelerating in 3rd and 4th gear and the engine in the mid-range,is almost zero.
Big differences in the higher rev range.
Improved response for down shifts and safer overtaking.
Overall safety and more fun on the road!
How can they improve low rev engine repsonse to half the time? I just dont understand how this thing can make the car respond twice as fast in low RPM. Like why did lexus design it with such slow response time? I understand how it can improve the powerband so instead of mashing the pedal it allows the power to be delivered at lower RPMS and remaps the throttle repsonse. But what I DONT understand is how it can approve the response time by half, that just doesnt make sense? Also, does anyone think these can damage the tranny in the long run as I can imagine it makes the tranny shift more aggressively?

Now I am reading online that it has caused TPS and MAF issues in the long run on many BMWs. :-( anyone have any issues caused by this on their lex?

What made you pick apexi over sprint? Sprint seems like the best one since they seem to be the most popular and the only one not made in China? (correct me if I'm wrong)

How does this one work does it stay on or you have to turn it on every time you turn on the car?
