Default Bad mounts or bad differential bushings?

I was driving my car yesterday and I notice that the car is not shift smooth out of first gear. You can feel the shift as changes from 1st to 2nd. The car shifts fine all the other gears and you can't feel the shift at all. The transmission fluid has been changed a couple times with type iv fluid. The car has 130k and everything is in very good condition. I did some research around the site and it's leading me to believe it's a mount or differential bushings. The only thing is the car does not vibrate in park or when it's idling.Does any know any test that I can do to figure out what the issue is? Thanks for your help in advanced

sounds like a solenoid gettin stuck/hesitating

if youve never changed your mounts, i'd suggest doing so.
