Default 18x9.5 et 22 and TT calipers

I was told that I would need to run spacers with this front setup?

I would imagine it depends on wheel design too. Google says factory Supra wheels are 17x9 +37 (im assuming nothing else changes on a GS, I could be wrong)

wheel design plays a huge factor in it. I have those exact same size/offset wheels, and they came off of an Evo w/ Brembo brakes. So TT calipers will fit no problem. But my wheels were designed to fit over large calipers. Some arent. If it has a large deep lip, they may not fit, as the spokes are sunk in to give a lip

You don't need RCAs if you're swapping to TT brakes; they're only needed for the LS400 swap.

we're talking about the supra tt's right?
if so, i was under the impression that the tt's were an aluminum version of the ls4's. i only have experience with the ls4's.

Yes, I'm referencing the Supra TT calipers.

The LS400 calipers are aluminum and the TT calipers are not (thus heavier). The pads and rotors are slightly larger on the TT (323mm vs. 315mm), and there is a much larger selection of pad/rotor options for the Supra setup.

I'll also say this: Having just swapped from LS to TT calipers, the pedal feel is different between the two. The LS seemed to be pretty similar to stock or a bit softer, whereas the TT's feel much firmer. On the other hand, the LS are visually more appealing (in my opinion).

i ran this exact fitment on my car with supra TT before. they were varrstoen wheels and they cleared easily by about almost an inch. but before i ordered it i made sure they cleared BBK. because i notice the seller posted both wheels but one stated clears bbk and one didnt.

You need to find out if the wheels are high disk (or high pad). That is the primary indication of whether big brakes will fit, not offset or width.
