Anti-theft not turning off wont start car please help!
For about 2 years now I've been having a problem with my anti-theft mechanism coming on. My anti-theft mechanism works intermittently, when I let my car sit for about a week. I get in and try to start it but the anti-theft light (the little red blinking one) will not stop blinking. I have to leave the key on the on position without starting the car for about 5 min then maybe it starts or else I have to pull the key out put back in turn the key over like 10 times or more before it finally recognizes it. Then maybe then it turns off the anti-theft mechanism.Took it to my local Lexus dealership (Cathedral City, CA) and those douchebags try to rip me off and say it had to do with my door actuators not working, they wanted to charge me $400 per door to fix 3 doors. I fix them myself for under $15 still didn't solve my problem. I reset my ecu and still problem not solved. I did the passenger door 5 unlock thing and that didnt work either. Had a new key made with a new chip that didnt work either. I would really appreciate any help, hopefully someone can surprise me and solve my headache. (ps Ive owned this car for 14 years and miss driving my baby!)

Can you please elaborate on "car does not start'
Does your gear indicator show 'P' in the console?
Any difference in 'N'?
Do you hear click or rapid clicks?
Does the starter spin the engine at a reasonable rate?
Starter spins and spins, but the engine does not catch?
Have you removed all keys from the key ring and only the car key is in the vicinity of the ignition.
Have you tried other keys (master or valet)

its my immobiliser/anti-theft so it will only shut off on P and not nuetral. it does show park on the console though that works perfect. No rapid clicks though when i put the key in i do hear a clicking noise coming from the engine bay. yes starter spins at good rate and works perfect. yes all keys removed from key ring. yes tried both original keys it came with even had one made to no success. any other suggestions or help is appreciated Salim,Thank you!
