Default Offset and tire question.

Looking at picking up some WORK wheels off my buddies sc300. 18x8.5 with a +35 offset. Tire size is 245/40. I like to think these should fit. Any input is greatly appreciated. Currently on Toyota highlander wheels 235/35-19.

Will this setup fit?

It will fit, but you may have to do some fender mods if your lowered. I have 18x8 +40 on mine and my front wheels are pretty much flush with the fender, maybe a little off. And I'm not lowered.

This is 8.5 +35 in the front, cant really tell the fitment with the wheels turned:

This is 8.5 +31 in the front, easier to visualize with the wheels straight, just add like another 1/8th of an inch out:

For the rears, I couldnt find any 8.5's but heres a pic of some 9's with +22 offset which is pretty damn close to 8.5's with +35, only off by about 1mm

Always go here for all your fitment questions, great pics to go by:

Wow! Thank you for taking the time to post all of this! Looks like they will fit even without modded fenders.

NP.

Like Behemoth said, if you're lowered, you'd need some work just to be safe. But if you're rolled a little, that should be just enough.

Wait, what? A 18x9 et22 will stick out 19mm more than an 18x8.5 et35, that's not close at all.

Northstyle is right......... The 9 +22 will poke out 19.5mm more than the 8.5 +35. Which is just over 1/2" more poke. I honestly "think" you will be OK. My original setup was square 8.5 +30 with no fender mods, and I was able to tuck all around. But that setup went out the window for me long ago

Wow, I totally used the wrong number in my math AND went the wrong way LoL my bad. I used 12mm (the extra .5) instead of 6mm

I was rocking 8.5 +40 for a week because it looked so ugly being that much sunked in.
